Las Tres Islas is an open competition with 4 stages covering a total distance of 84km.
Stage1 2km swim from La Graciosa to Lanzarote
Stage2 A steep 2km run up Mirador del Risco
Stage3 72km Bike Ride to the coast of Playa Blanca
Stage4 10km traverse across the open sea to the island of Fuerteventura. In this stage,competitors must choose the appropriate natural powered craft.
For example Canoe, Windsurfer, Kite Surfer, Sail Boat, Rowing Boat, Kayak.
Individuals
Participants can enter the race alone having to compete in all 4 stages individualy.
Team or Corporate Relay
Participants may enter the race on a team basis. The team can have up to 4 members each choosing to compete in a specific category. Swim, Run, Bike, Sail.
